Happy Halloween from Mickey Mouse
Happy Halloween from Mickey Mouse! Grant is really into 2 characters-Elmo and Mickey Mouse so we decided he would be Mickey this year (mainly b/c it is too hot in Houston to be Elmo!) Here are his Halloween pictures my friend Lauren took for me!

3D Ultrasound-28 weeks..Bryce??
Yesterday we went for another 3D Ultrasound to check out Baby Boy...maybe Bryce....
It is so much fun to see and watch them on the screen. He is head down with his legs up around his head. He looks a lot like Grant from these pictures and the tech said it looks like he is going to have lots of hair. His umbilical cord kept coming around his face so we didn't get as many good pictures this time but we definitely confirmed again that its a boy!

Big Boy
Last Saturday Grant climbed out of his crib in the morning and then after nap. Though I was not ready, it was time for Grant to go to his Big Boy bedroom and bed! During the day Andrew put the rails on the bed and mounted his monitor and that night Grant slept in his new room and bed. It made me kind of sad that he is out of the crib...he is still my baby...not ready for him to be a big boy. He did pretty good-only waking up once that night. He has now been in that bed for a week is going good. I think the change was harder on me than him. His Big Boy room theme is sports so we are still working on finishing it since I wasn't planning on making the switch this soon. As soon as it is done I will post pictures. I am so proud of him.
Also-big news..the past few months Grant has started the beginning stages of potty training. I am not pushing it but whenever he asks to go potty we put him and he goes. Some days he asks multiple times and other days not at all. He even went #2 for Daddy last week on the potty-he is getting to be such a big boy.
Other updates-..Grant is getting very independent. He loves to carry his own bag, carry luggage (one of his favorite toys) and help Dad around the house with projects. He loves tools and is getting a work bench and tools for XMAS. He already got a leaf blower and loves to use that and terrorize poor Chief! He favorite toy has to be the vacuum though! He is crazy about it! Grant is a very busy boy and a lot like his Dad.
He counts to ten and likes to sing his ABCs (though you can't understand every letter-LOL) and loves the song "The Wheels on the Bus". He is really enjoying school and being around all the kids.
Hope to get some pics of his room soon......

Sophie and Grant Disney Pictures
Grant and Sophie were so cute during our trip. They got along great and loved holding hands and chasing one another. Here are a few of my favorites.

More Disney Pictures
Here are a few (or a bunch) of my favorite pictures from Disney!
Our 1st day in Disney World at MGM-we are waiting for Mickey Mouse Clubhouse show to start!
1st Trip to Disney-Meeting all the Characters
I am finally going to get all of our Disney pictures up! September 15-19th we went to Disney World with our good friends Lauren, Brian and Sophie. We stayed at Animal Kingdom Lodge in a 2 bedroom condo on the savannah and the kids loved looking off the balcony at all the animals. Thank you Simpson Family for letting us stay at your place! This is the 1st of many Disney postings....this one has all of the pictures with Grant and the characters. He really loves Mickey Mouse! He was sometimes a bit shy but we did get a few good pictures.
This picture was taken at the Magic Kingdom in the Mickey's House.
